Growth Engineering Intern
(Full-Stack + AI Devs)

What You’ll Do
  • Build and ship growth-focused features across frontend and backend.
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to prototype and test experiments that drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Implement analytics & tracking (Segment, Amplitude, GA4) to measure experiment success.
  • Work with the Golang backend (data pipelines, metadata storage, business logic) to enable scalable growth features.
  • Contribute to AI features in Python (automation, integrations, agentic workflows).
  • Build internal dashboards and tools to support growth insights.

  • Frontend: React.js, Next.js, TailwindCSS
  • Backend (Core): Golang, Python
  • Databases & Infra: Firebase, MongoDB, Redis, Cloud (AWS / GCP / Azure)
  • AI & Integrations: HuggingFace, OpenAI, agentic workflows
  • Analytics & Growth Tools: Segment, Amplitude, GA4, Salesforce
What We’re Looking For
  • Strong fundamentals in fullstack development (JavaScript/TypeScript + backend language).
  • Hands-on experience with Golang OR Python (ideally both).
  • Familiarity with React, Next.js, FastAPI, or similar frameworks.
  • Interest in growth engineering — using experiments + code to drive user adoption and revenue.
  • Bonus points if you’ve built projects with generative AI, agent frameworks, or creative coding.
  • Curiosity, self-starter mindset, and ability to deliver quickly in an agile team.
