Commercial rights and data use

Plan rights and data handling differ by tier. Free and low-cost plans are intended for exploration and lighter workflows. Paid business and enterprise plans are the right path for commercial teams, private workspace use, and contracted data protections. Where stated in our Terms and product notices, private content from paid plans is not used for model training unless you expressly opt in in writing.
